Challenge:
In the architecture and design industry, material sampling is the first step to closing a deal. However, shipping tens of thousands of samples every year has an environmental toll.
A key brand pillar in the Matter Surfaces rebrand is wellness and sustainability, so we needed a way to talk about sampling that also built on our brand message.
What I did:
- Created and named the program
- Engaged tree-planting partner
- Creative briefing and direction of supporting social media and website creative


Results:
The response from architects and designers was positive, and the program gave the brand a tangible way to talk about its sustainability programs.
